Join us for our annual convention and Petro Expo.
This year we are pleased to return to The Lodge in Deadwood, SD on September 17-18, 2013.
SDP2MA is the only organization in South Dakota, who reaches petroleum marketers, propane marketers, bulk truck operators, convenience stores, wholesalers, and truckstops. If you would like to be an exhibitor at the 2013 Expo, please fill out the exhibitor contract and return to SDP2MA along with your booth payment in full to ensure your space is reserved.
Our President this year is Gil Moyle of Moyle Petroleum in Rapid City, SD. He will be in attendance at the show and encourages each of you to participate in this once a year expo. In addition to Gil, will be many other petroleum and propane marketers from throughout the state of South Dakota. These marketers are the “buyers” for their companies so we invite you to exhibitor your product for their benefit and yours.
In addition to the regular convention schedule, in 2013, we are please to announce that Mr. Hank Armour, President of the National Association of Convenience Stores will be hosting a luncheon/educational session on Tuesday from 11 am – 2 pm. This will be a separate function than the convention and petro expo.
Exhibitor Space and Cost
We offer 8 x 10 booth spaces. This includes pipe/drape, one table and chairs, and table cloth. Booth space is available at $450 for each.
The tentative Expo hours are: Tuesday, September 17th from 4-8 pm with the annual mixer on the trade show floor.
Registration information for all other events and the complete schedule of convention and petro expo events will be available in mid-July 2013.
