The dues shall be based on gallonage of all refined oils for the previous 12 month period, and is $0.25 per 1,000 gallons, with a $250.00 minimum and a $3,000.00 maximum. Retail outlet operators who own 2 or more stores shall pay $150/store or $0.25 per 1,000 gallons, whichever is greater. Minimum dues are $250.00 and maximum dues are $3,000.00. Please adjust your dues accordingly.
Membership Terms
Members please remit dues annually by end of January. “Regular Member” means those who sell petroleum, propane, alcohol fuels or lubricant products in the state of South Dakota and who also own retail outlets or bulk plants or affiliates.
Note: Under the Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, 50% of these dues are NOT deductible for tax purposes. Therefore, 50% of YOUR 2024 DUES ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
