A Regular member is anyone who sells petroleum, propane, alcohol fuels or lubricant products in the state of South Dakota and who also owns retail outlets or bulk plants or affiliates. There are two rates, one for Propane and one for Petroleum. If you sell both, please add each.

Associate Member
An associate member is any supplier of Regular Members of their petroleum equipment, propane equipment, accessories and kindred supplies or services.

Energy Associate Membership
“Energy Associate Member” means those who sell petroleum, propane, alcohol fuels or lubricant products in the State of South Dakota but do not own retail outlets, bulk plants or affiliates of either.
