Governor Rhoden has issued an Hours of Service Executive Order for fuels due to lack of inventory during harvest.
The fuels included are: propane, gasoline or gasoline blends, diesel, fuel oil, ethanol, jet fuel and biodiesel.
This order is for Fuel deliveries into or within South Dakota ONLY.
The order expires on November 10, 2025 at midnight.
Please print out a copy of the Order and place in any relevant vehicles.
