The State of South Dakota has issued an Hours of Service Waiver for drivers of all products. (Gasoline, gasoline blends, ethanol, diesel, fuel oil, propane, jet fuel and biodiesel). This waiver is in effect immediately for 14 days, ending on May 29th at midnight.
Please note that this is only product which is being delivered into the state of South Dakota.
Please print out of a copy of the order and place in your transports and bulk trucks.
