FMCSA has extended waivers for Hours of Service in the Eastern Region, Midwest Region, Southern Region and the states of North Dakota and South Dakota in the Western Region for propane and heating fuel.
If you are moving through these states to get propane, be sure to carry of copy of the regional waiver in your truck with you at all times.

Also, Texas Governor Rick Perry renews proclamation declaring Liquefied Petroleum Gas Emergency. This allows out of state trucks to have permits, licensing and certification waived until February 18, 2014. A copy of that waiver is found at the below link.
