This order is valid for 30 days or until January 15, 2023. Effective date is December 16, 2022.
Below is a downloadable copy of the Hours of Service waiver for Heating Fuels Only.
This means heating fuels (diesel) and propane only. Gasoline, ethyl alcohol, and jet fuel are NOT in this waiver.
Please keep a copy in each of your transportation vehicles.
