Three persons per booth. All additional must pay full convention registration price. At Checkout, fill in Names of Exhibitors.
Please note: Full Payment is required with your Application. Your booth will not be guaranteed until payment is received by this office. If you fax your application, please make sure payment is received within three days.
Cancellation Policy: $100 fee will be retained if cancelled on or before August 10, 2018. No refund if cancelled after that date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We understand that SDP2MA will not assume liability for loss or damage to personal property. We understand all terms and conditions of this contract and agree to abide by them.
